The Construction and Technological Documentation (CST) consists of: a set of drawings, tables and different documents to the needs of production.
We at Love 2 Design offer the development of a complete set of CTCs in full consistency with the furniture manufacturing for which they are designed.
The first CAC document is "Specification of Materials", which is a must for the smooth running and the organization for making quality furniture. It is a table that describes and numbered every detail of the furniture product with its dimensions, number, material, edge and other required details of the workpiece. Details of the supply hardware, its catalog numbers and stamps are described. Quantitative bills are made for the total required material. At the end of the specification of the materials, the documents prepared and the verified documents are signed with the respective dates.
Drawings are an integral part of the furniture design. A good furniture designer knows that the balance in building a qualitative CTA is only to provide the necessary and sufficient information to serve the furniture industry (no more or less). Drawings are in scale and consist of a title drawing, which is the overall look of the furniture in its three projections and an 3D look with its overall dimensions. All number numbers are indicated by arrows so that the material specification and the location of each detail are made faster. After the general appearance, follow the detailed drawings, in which all dimensions (dimensions, holes, details, etc.) are given. Each sheet has a standard table or customer wishes.
A report and circuit for nesting materials is made mandatory to reduce waste of raw materials and increase yields. This stage saves a lot of resources from the furniture manufacturer.
After the nesting report is the latest document in the furniture industry that contains information on labels and details. Through them, each occupant quickly and easily guides the detail, its size, the side, the name, the number of items and other specifics to the needs of the production or type of furniture.
At the finish, a detailed installation scheme is also developed for the benefit of the customer. With this document, you make it easy for your customers to describe all the components in the product, along with their numbers. There are the tools you'll need to assemble the furniture, the sequence of details and other useful information.
