About Us – A Passion for Design and Perfection
Love 2 Design is a story of passion for interior design, creativity, and the pursuit of perfection. The company was founded in 2016 by Mihael Varbanov and Emil Lichev and quickly established itself as a leader in interior design and furniture design in Bulgaria.

Our headquarters is located in the heart of Shumen – at 4 Han Krum Street. It serves as the main base for our growing team of talented professionals. From two co-founders, Love 2 Design now brings together over 20 people – interior designers, furniture constructors, project managers, and a production team. Over the years, we have expanded our operations to Varna. We execute projects across the country.

Technical Assignment – Turning Your Ideas into Specifics
The technical assignment is the first and most important step in creating any interior project. In this stage, we gather detailed information about your preferences, style, functional needs, and spatial constraints.
Through in-depth discussions and analyses, we define the vision, atmosphere ("look & feel"), and budget parameters that will guide the entire process. This allows us to build a realistic and personalized concept tailored to your lifestyle and aesthetic taste.

Your Vision Comes to Life – The Concept Design as the First Visual Step
Once we gather and analyze your requirements in the technical assignment, we move on to the next stage – developing the concept design. Here, a team of interior designers and architects work on a concept tailored to your taste, lifestyle, and needs.
The result is presented in a 3D visual environment, allowing you to experience the space in nearly real scale. This is the moment when we discuss ergonomics, functionality, and the overall spatial logic of the interior.
During this stage, we also focus on selecting the main materials – panels, solid wood, stone, metal, glass, and decorative elements. This is where we start to create not just a room, but a vision with character and soul.

The Technical Depth Behind the Design – The Working Project
Once we finalize the concept design and confirm the materials, we move on to developing the working project – the technical foundation for the entire implementation. Here, we approach it with engineering precision to plan everything in detail.
The working project includes complete technical drawings, lighting diagrams, electrical and low-voltage systems, air conditioning, ventilation, and other installations. In parallel, we also develop the structural solutions related to the furniture, cladding, and interior elements.
The goal is to ensure that every part of the interior is technically justified, coordinated, and ready for execution. This is the moment when the project takes its completed, real form – prepared for action without surprises.

From Vision to Reality – Photorealistic Visualizations and VR Experience
Once we finalize the technical parameters, we move on to creating photorealistic 3D visualizations and virtual reality (VR) of your interior project. This is the moment when you see your idea come to life – in detail, colors, materials, and atmosphere.
The visualizations provide a clear and realistic representation of the space, helping you make informed decisions about layout, furniture, lighting, and color combinations. The ability to "enter" the project through the VR experience adds a new level of control and emotion.
After approval, the visualizations are finalized and integrated into the work package that will guide the execution. This ensures that you have not just a beautiful image, but a solid foundation for the realization of your new space.

Final Project – Complete Documentation Ready for Implementation
One of the aspects we are particularly proud of is the structural and technological documentation we create for each interior project. To ensure high precision and speed, we use our own software and automated processes, developed specifically for the needs of our studio.
Thanks to this system, the final project is created with exceptional accuracy – including all necessary drawings, sections, specifications, and quantity takeoffs. This allows for seamless coordination between the design team, contractors, and the client.
At the end of this stage, we provide all the documentation in digital format (PDF), ready for use during implementation or for future reference. This ensures that your project is not only beautiful but also technically secure, structurally sound, and fully ready for execution.
